Trademark Protection Monitoring

Registration is a milestone. Protection continues.

Monitor one U.S. trademark for potentially conflicting live trademark activity, related domain names and public social-handle signals. TM-REGISTER creates a baseline, compares each future run and delivers the results by email and through your secure account.

What we watch

A broader view around one trademark.

Protection Monitoring complements free lifecycle tracking. It is designed to surface potentially relevant activity around the mark, not just changes to the mark's own USPTO record.

Potentially conflicting USPTO marks

Live records are scored against the monitored mark and its actual International Classes so the report can focus on the more relevant candidates.

Related domain names

Common domain variations are checked and compared with the prior run so changes can be highlighted without losing the historical baseline.

Public social-handle signals

Selected public platform handles are observed where technically possible. Blocked or ambiguous platform responses are treated as inconclusive rather than as confirmed changes.

How it works

Baseline first. Then meaningful differences.

1Choose the trademark.

Enter the USPTO serial number for the one application or registration covered by the subscription.

2We establish the baseline.

The first report records the qualifying trademark, domain and enabled social observations.

3Future reports compare changes.

Results distinguish new, changed, unchanged and no-longer-flagged observations, with detailed files retained in your secure account.

Informational monitoring: TM-REGISTER is an independent private service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the USPTO. Monitoring results do not constitute legal advice, a clearance opinion, or proof that a domain name or social handle is legally available. Public web platforms may block or return ambiguous responses; TM-REGISTER treats inconclusive checks accordingly.
