What is TM-REGISTER?
TM-REGISTER is a trademark-focused platform that works with USPTO data to help trademark owners stay on top of renewal deadlines and to provide attorneys and law firms with structured renewal lead lists.
Are you a law firm or giving legal advice?
No. TM-REGISTER is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. When you submit a renewal assistance request, we may connect you with an independent attorney or law firm. Any attorney-client relationship is formed directly between you and that attorney.
How does the renewal assistance form work?
Trademark owners submit their registration number and contact information on the renewal page. We route that request to an attorney partner, who reviews the information and contacts you directly to discuss next steps, including engagement terms and fees.
What is included in the attorney subscription?
Our attorney subscription provides a monthly CSV file of U.S. trademark registrations approaching key renewal windows. Each record typically includes owner name and mailing address, registration number, mark, filing and registration dates, and other helpful data points for outreach and docketing.
Where does your data come from?
Our data is derived from publicly available USPTO bulk data and related sources, processed and filtered by TM-REGISTER to highlight registrations that appear to be entering relevant renewal periods.
Can you guarantee that a trademark will be renewed?
No. We do not control USPTO decisions, and renewal outcomes depend on legal requirements, use in commerce, evidence, and other factors. Our role is to help identify potential renewal opportunities and route you to attorneys who can advise you.
How do I cancel an attorney subscription?
Cancellation details may depend on the payment or subscription system you use. In general, you can cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges. If you are unsure how to cancel, please contact us at sales@tm-register.com.
Is my information secure?
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect the information we collect. However, no system can be completely secure. Please avoid sending highly sensitive information through general contact forms or email.
